Infosys is one of India’s most famous IT employers – but the candidate market is less aware of its consulting prowess. Spanning multiple industry verticals and seniority levels, we delivered a multi-channel employer branding campaign that spread awareness and scaled applications at the organisation’s global HQ in Bangalore.

Although Infosys is a prolific recruiter on India’s IT scene, their reputation in consulting was less-known. In a time when Infosys aimed to hire a multitude of consultants into their Bangalore global HQ, they needed to build their reputation – and fast.

To add to the complexity of the challenge, the campaign had to portray a key message and employer value proposition across five industry verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Emerging Markets) and three seniority levels.


We produced a slick, interactive campaign website that gave talent the opportunity to see how the wider ‘Don’t Consult. Lead.’ proposition translated to specific industry verticals. Talent could meet a leader from each vertical, download job packs and – of course – apply to be a leader at Infosys Consulting.

Leading Creative & Activation

We brought this narrative to life through a series of picturesque films featuring Infosys Consulting leaders at the organisation’s global headquarters. Crucially, the films were about more than Infosys.

Distributed on Infosys’ global Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, they covered compelling and current business topics and demonstrated the organisation’s commitment to life-long learning and breakthrough innovation.
